I think that you don´t become another person, you are the same one but with more knowledge,you learn about other cultures and you can learn many different thing and acquire more knowledge about the world which is not in spanish

"you can learn many different thing", "many different" indicates plural. Then, it will be things
"which is not in spanish", Spanish. All idioms start with a capital letter.

When speaking another language, it is like becoming another person because your mind has to be located elsewhere, other customs, etc ...
I think that learning other languages does not change you as a person, but I think that visiting other countries opens your mind and makes you see life from another perspective.
